• Thank you to my beautiful bridesmaids. Thanks to Sue, who had her own wedding to organise and understands how much there is to do. Thanks to Natalie for being a great overseas bridesmaid and for organising her dress to be made from just a photograph. Thanks especially to Annie and Davina. They helped so much over the 6 months of organisation. They were there for the dress fittings, they helped put the invitations together, they happily accepted any tasks I delegated, they listened to my wedding woes and most importantly they kept me sane in the leadup to the wedding.
• We'd like to thank Jessica's parents Janis and TD, and my parents Anne and Ivan for all their help in the organisation of our special day, and for their contributions to the reception.
