Who cares about the boys? It's all about pretty dresses, right! The boys wore a suit called "Lawson" which was hired from Lords Formal Wear at Myer. I didn't want anything too fancy for the boys. I think the suits with long jackets or with no collars make shorter boys look stocky; we wanted our boys to look schmick.

Each boy wore a tie that matched his partner's dress colour. Once again, I don't like the whole "dressing the same" concept, so each tie also had a different pattern. There was a theme of polka-dots to link the ties; a theme that was completely serendipitous. When Andrew I were shopping we just happened to like a blue, pink and green tie which had a polka-dot pattern. Of course, it then proved nigh on impossible finding a chocolate tie with a polka-dot pattern (thanks Natalie!). Originally, I had wanted the boys to wear shirts that matched their partners's dress colour but we were unable to find a green formal shirt. To complete the outfit we gifted the boys with a pair of snazzy Ben Sherman cufflinks.
