In late August, Brielle and Sean welcomed Rosalee Claire Ann to their family. A beautiful little sister for Ella and Amity. (I can't believe Brielle has three kids! I don't feel old enough to know someone who has three kids!)

I finally got a chance to head down to the Shire to meet Rosie and to catch up with Brielle and Kylie (and Charlotte and Amity). I gifted Rosie with the traditional lambykins but then forgot to take a photo of the gift. You'll just have to take my word for it.

Rosie is your typical easy-going third child. She fell asleep on the sofa while chaos reigned around her.

Here is a cute photo of our three little girls. We've nicknamed them the Ann(e) girls because they all have the middle name of Ann(e). Brielle, Kylie and I were all in the same year at school together and now we have three little girls who are also born within a year of each other.

I've been a bit lax in my welcome to Elliot. Everyone deserves a fushmush post to mark their arrival. Clare and Brendan celebrated Elliot's arrival in mid-April.

The story of Elliot's birth is one fit for a TV sitcom. Clare actually went into labour at my pseudo baby shower. Her waters broke at my afternoon tea shower at The Victoria Room in Darlinghurst. Andrew was picking us up from the shower so I rang to ask him to bring something for Clare to sit on in the car. Andrew was already on his way so he stopped at a petrol station and got a wad of paper towels. Glamorous. It's going to be a funny story to tell Elliot and Evie when they grow up.

We held a guessing competition at Clare's baby shower and we have an almost winner. Most of us guessed that Elliot would arrive earlier in April. He held out for a week or so past his due date though. Elliot was born on the 18th April, 00:15 and weighed 3.5 kg. So Sue is the winner guessing 17th April and 3.35 kg. Well done Sue!

Well! Colour us all surprised. The newest Bell baby is a little girl! After Oscar and Leo, we were expecting a boy so we were amazed when the newest Bell turned out to be a tiny little girl. Audrey was born on Sunday 5th June at 2:25pm. She was 48cm long and weighed a tiny 2.8 kg / 6 pounds (and Annie had thought she was going to be a whopper too!) Audrey is very different to her brothers. Both Oscar and Leo were fair when they were born, whereas Audrey has a head of dark hair.

We went to visit the newest Bell (and Annie and Richie) last night in the hospital. I can't get over how tiny Audrey looks. Evie looks huge compared to her and Evie is only 3 weeks old. Evie slept through the visit but I'm sure she is very excited to have a girl cousin to hang out with. I hope the two are going to be best of friends. Annie and I are looking forward to ballet lessons, Barbies and playing dress ups. Although, with names like Evelyn and Audrey I bet they turn into two tree-climbing, soccer-playing tomboys.

But we just call her Evie.

She arrived 10 days early on the 15th of May at 00:52 and so now shares a birthday with her uncle Simon and Julie Granger. She weighed in at 7 pounds and was 49 cm long and I can tell you now, that was big enough.

Daddy is doing all the work so far though, Mummy hasn't had to change a single nappy or give her a bath yet. Awesome!

She didn't come with an instruction manual but we are figuring it out... slowly. Stick a boob in her mouth when she cries or change her nappy and she is happy.

And so begins what will no doubt turn into 50 million fushmush posts about our little girl. Soon she will be our most popular fushmush tag.

Caitlin and Jack's twins, Poppy and Edward, have finally arrived. Well, they arrived a while ago now but I only managed to pop in to see the new arrivals (and Caitlin) last week. Poppy and Edward are very cute. Two babies at once sounds like a lot of work (I think one baby sounds like a lot of work) but from all accounts, Caitlin is coping well.

Caitlin went from this.... to this. Instant family! (just add... well you know how it works). Isn't it amazing how there are now two new individuals in the world complete with their own personalities.

Congratulations Caitlin and Jack!
