Picasso Illuminations

Last week, to promote their newest exhibition the National Gallery was decorated with Picasso. The event was called the Picasso Illuminations and each evening a series of 4 pictures was projected onto the facade of the National Gallery. Andrew and I popped in to Trafalgar Square on our way home on Saturday evening to have a look and take some photos.

The effect was striking. The National Gallery is already a handsome building but covered in Picasso it became something else. Pity it only happened for a week.
